Al -Majeedi said in a statement to Al -Arabiya Al -Hadath channel, that “the American administration headed by Donald Trump is implementing a different approach to the Biden administration, which was leaking information about any strikes that it waged against the Houthis in Yemen,” noting that “the United States since the Second World War considers itself responsible for securing waterways and protecting the economies of the countries of the whole world, which prompted it to launch air strikes to review power and weaken capabilities The Houthis and the insurance of maritime navigation.
This statement comes at a time when US Defense Minister Beit Higsith confirmed that his country will not tolerate “the Houthi attacks on our ships, aircraft, our forces, and Iran are aware of that.”
US President Donald Trump had announced – earlier – that he directed the launch of a decisive and strong military operation against the Houthis in Yemen.
