To make the event a success, the Ministry coordinated with the relevant government agencies to ensure a distinguished organization that achieves the goals of the initiative, which comes within its continuous efforts to preserve the cultural heritage and enhance societal interaction in heritage occasions.

The names of the celebration of that night differ from one country to another, so the “Al -Qarqaan” is called in Kuwait and the eastern side of Saudi Arabia, the “Qaraqaoua” in Qatar, and the “Qaraqaoun” in Bahrain, while the people of Oman call it “Al -Qargashoh”.
