Hamas: The International Investigation Committee report is evidence of the horror of the occupation crime – the seventh day

The Hamas movement said that the UN investigation committee report is an affirmation of the horror of the crime that the occupation government continues to commit.

She added that the international report’s reference to the state of ignoring and denial of the international community of crimes against the Palestinians requires a serious international position.

The two international Justice and criminal courts and all judicial institutions called for serious follow -up to what was stated in the UN report.

She stressed the necessity of deterring the Zionist lever, stopping its crimes, and obliging it to implement the terms of the ceasefire agreement.

On Thursday, an independent investigation committee affiliated with the United Nations confirmed that Israel committed genocide and violations against Palestinians in all occupied lands since October 7.

The committee said, during the general listening sessions in Geneva, that the Israeli army has a map of health facilities and its competencies, and it was deliberately destroyed, and the committee confirmed that it has evidence that the Israeli attacks deliberately launched health institutions and facilities.

She pointed out that there is a negligence and denial of the international community for the violations of the Palestinians.

Also, Palestinian prisoners are physically and psychologically attacked in a way that insults their dignity, and they are prevented from communicating their voices to punish the perpetrators of crimes against them and ensure that they are not repeated.

The committee added that any child born today in Gaza faces the risk of death, whether during breastfeeding or after he grows up, as well as the suffering of children from health dilemmas as a result of water pollution, cold and hunger.

According to the UN committee, the Israeli forces systematically destroyed sexual and reproductive health care facilities throughout Gaza, and imposed a siege at the same time, and prevented humanitarian aid, including providing medicines and equipment needed to ensure the safety of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care and newborns.

The committee said it has a report documenting Israel’s use of sexual and abandonment violence and other gender -based violence against the Palestinians.

Israel also committed genocide through the systematic destruction of sexual and reproductive health care facilities, as part of broader efforts to undermine their right (Palestinians) to self -determination, according to the report.

The report documents a wide range of violations against women, men, girls and Palestinian boys throughout the occupied land since October 7, 2023.

The committee emphasized that these violations constitute a major element in the abuse of the Palestinians, a part of the illegal occupation and the persecution of the Palestinians as a group.

She concluded that sexual violence and gender -based violence, which has increased and intense, is committed throughout the occupied Palestinian land as a military strategy followed by Israel to control and destroy the Palestinian people.

She added that there are specific forms of sexual violence and gender -based violence, such as forced nudity in public places, sexual harassment, and the threat of rape and sexual assault, which are part of the regular action procedures for the Israeli security forces towards the Palestinians.

The committee documented other forms of sexual violence, including rape, which was committed either by explicit orders or with an implicit encouragement from the higher civil and military leadership in Israel.

The committee emphasized that the legal definition it adopts confirms that what is happening in the Palestinian territories is a collective annihilation.

The head of the United Nations Committee, Navi Billay, said that the statements and procedures for Israeli leaders, and the inability of the military judiciary system to be tried to try cases and condemn the perpetrators, send a clear message to Israeli security forces that they can continue to commit such acts without fear of accountability.

The committee stressed that accountability through the International Criminal Court and the National Courts, through its local laws or the practice of the global judicial jurisdiction, is an essential matter for ensuring the rule of law and achieving justice for victims.

In response to the report of the United Nations Investigation Committee, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the United Nations Human Rights Council as “the anti -Israel circus called the Human Rights Council” and accused him of anti -Semitism.

Netanyahu accused the Human Rights Council of “corrupt and supportive of terrorism”, and said that “not for human rights but to the rights of blood,” as he put it.
