A poll conducted by the Jewish People’s Policy Institute, and published by the Israeli Channel Seven, showed that a large majority of Jewish society, and a large minority of Arab society in Israel agrees that there is no opportunity to reach a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians in the foreseeable future, while the increasing rate of US President Donald Trump on Gaza is “impractical”.

According to the poll, during the past six months, the percentage of Jews in Israel, who believe that Israel should strengthen its control over the Palestinians, expand the scope of settlement in the West Bank, consider the dismantling of the Palestinian Authority, and perhaps all to include the West Bank.
In October 2024, a third of the Jews (34%) believed in this matter, but now the percentage increased to nearly half (47%), and on the same date, (19%) of the Jews in Israel believed that Israel must try to reach a peace agreement with those who see them as moderate Palestinians and allowing the establishment of a Palestinian state living in peace alongside the State of Israel, “but now this opinion has only been supported by more than ten percent (11%).

With regard to the hostage deal, 69% of the Israelis, in the Jewish and Arab societies, still support the completion of the hostage deal completely, and to postpone the decision regarding the fate of Hamas’s rule in the Gaza Strip to a later stage.
Regarding the US President’s plan to deport the Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, the percentage of supporters has decreased significantly. About a month ago, 43% of the Israelis saw it as a “practical plan”, but now the percentage decreased significantly to 32%.

20% of the Israelis say that the program distracts attention from the real problem, and they see that Israel needs to talk about realistic solutions, while 13% of the Israelis believe a small percentage of them from Jewish society (only 3%), it is an immoral proposal.
As happened in the previous month, a large majority of the Arab (Palestinian) society believes that Trump’s proposal is immoral, or merely, to pay attention to the real problem.
