The Saudi Foreign Ministry said, “The Kingdom is hosting the talks between the United States of America and Ukraine, under the direction of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.”
She added in a statement issued today, Tuesday, that the meetings were held in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and the Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al -Aiban.

The American side was represented in the talks session, Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and National Security Adviser Michael Waltz, while the Ukrainian side was the director of the office of Ukrainian President André Yermak, Foreign Minister Andrei Sibha, and His Excellency Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustam Amman.
The Ministry affirmed that these talks come within the Kingdom’s efforts to resolve the crisis in Ukraine, thanks to its balanced relations with various parties, and within its efforts to enhance security and global peace, and based on its belief in the importance of adhering to international laws and norms, and that dialogue is the most successful way to resolve disputes and bring views, in a way that contributes to the consolidation of international security and stability.
