Bosnia Foreign Minister and Herzegovina confirms his country’s support for the reconstruction plan in Gaza – the seventh day

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina “Alamuddin Conakovic” confirmed his country’s support for the reconstruction plan in Gaza and every humanitarian and development effort that leads to alleviating the suffering of the Palestinians in the Strip.

This came during the meeting held by Ambassador Walid Hajjaj, the Egyptian ambassador to Sarajevo, with the Bosnian Foreign Minister, where ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation relations between Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina were addressed in a number of areas of common importance to the two countries.

Konakovic praised the great responsibility that Egypt bears in order to support the Palestinian people in Gaza.

He expressed his great appreciation for Egypt, its position and its role on the Arab and Islamic arenas and at the international level, and the importance that Bosnia attaches to upgrading the level of distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries and expanding the aspects of joint work between them in various diplomatic, economic, commercial, cultural and tourism fields that serve their common goals.

For his part, the Egyptian Ambassador, the Bosnian Foreign Minister, briefed on the overall efforts that are currently being made to advance and revitalize bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, including the strengthening of political consultations between the ministries of the foreign countries in the two countries, and the conclusion of a group of cooperation protocols in the areas of tourism, youth, cultural cooperation, employment, economic cooperation and coordination between the chambers of commerce.

The Egyptian Ambassador also reviewed the overall developments in the Middle East, especially the results of the exceptional Arab summit hosted by Cairo, which adopted the Egyptian plan for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
