Sudan Doctors: 5 people were killed in artillery shelling for rapid support on the city of Al -Abyad – the seventh day

The Sudan Doctors ’Network revealed that the Rapid Support militia launched missile attacks on the city of Al -Abyad, North Kordofan, and continuous attacks resulted in the killing of 5 people.

The network revealed that rapid support targeted civilian and public utilities sites intentionally, to injure the largest number of civilians, noting that the artillery shelling killed 5 people, including a mother and her children, and the injury of 4 others.

The Sudan Doctors Network condemned the deliberate missile shelling by rapid support for the second consecutive day in order to violate the defenseless civilians and destroy public utilities, as the city of Al -Abyad is crowded with high population intensity and embraces thousands of families displaced from cities and villages around the city.

The Sudan Doctors ’Network considered the use of rapid support for the missile shelling directed against defenseless civilians is a means through which civilians seek to displace civilians and empty cities from their residents, and it is a clear challenge for all international laws that prohibit targeting civilians in the war.
